perch walleye and crappie picking up real good. the lake trout and landlocks are hanging around trying to get perch eggs. we caught almost 3 limits of crappies with 3 guys on a trip. plus lake trout. Skaneateles lake is one of the cleanest lakes in united states. plus great eating fish due to clean water and very few oily bait fish. the main forage in skaneateles is perch fry plus crayfish which add to the great taste.
